Growing like a weed....

Thought I would post Jackson's "stats."

When born he weighed 7 pounds 8 inches and was 19 inches long.

At 1 month he weighed 10 pounds and was 23 inches long.

At 2 months he weighs 13 pounds 1 ounce and is 24 1/4 inches long. He has started smiling and "cooing." I can't believe how fast he is growing!

Only a week to go....

Due to my high blood pressure, the doctor has decided to put me on bed rest until Jackson gets here. She plans on inducing me next Sunday night with hopes he will be here the next day (October 29th). I am a little stir crazy right now, but I know that will change in a week's time.

Counting down the days...We will see how big he is on Friday at another ultrasound.

Santa's Little Helper

Mom flew in this past weekend for my shower as well as to help me organize before our little man gets here. I turned 35 weeks yesterday (October 1st) and am enjoying getting to rest this week during our Fall Break.

Preparing for Jackson

Here is Jody doing what he loves best...painting. Although, I think this is probably the most excited he has been about having this task ahead of him. Everything is painted now, and all that is left to do is organize!
